Amazing we are coming every year ! And room, service, security !! Thanks to our housekeeping Indra and Hamid. Pool and food are super !! I recommend this hotel. The premier lounge just perfect. The exterior well done and super clean as well ! 10/10

Good hotel

There is good and attentive service at the hotel. The restaurant serves tasty food with a good variety. I would like to address two points: 1) Nabeel during breakfast was extremely hospitable and friendly. 2) The reasons why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5-star rating: - I didn’t understand why we had to pay for still water during dinner when it is typically complimentary in French restaurants. - I booked a sea view room but initially received a room where trees obstructed the view of the sea. After raising this concern, I was relocated to a better room with a clear view of the sea.

The hotel is nice with good and attentive service. The restaurant serves tasty food with a good variety. There are always a lot of people during breakfast, but we never had to wait to be seated, and it never felt too crowded. Nabeel during breakfast was extremely hospitable and friendly. However, there are two things I did not particularly like, which are the reasons I gave it 4 out of 5 stars: 1. Dinner was included in our package, but water during dinner was not free. It is unusual for a French hotel not to serve free water. 2. I found it strange that we were always greeted with "Good morning Sir!" or "Good evening Sir!" It made me feel like I (as a woman) didn't exist or was invisible. These are two minor issues. In general, it is a great hotel and highly recommended.
